I have attended countless dentists over the years, trying to figure out and solve my gum issues and haven't had the greatest luck. My Mom started going to Dr. Glogauer in 2018, and always raved how great he, the hygienists and the staff were. She was absolutely right. I had no idea they did just cleanings as well or I would have been coming here along time ago. When it comes to getting my teeth cleaned, I am very nervous (due to past experiences). My hygienist, Anna, took the time to go over my chart with me and made sure to answer all of the questions I had  including reasoning behind my issues with my gums. Anna ensured to keep checking to make sure I was ok throughout the entire cleaning and anytime my gums were too sensitive, she made sure to place the numbing gel on more to make sure I was comfortable. They are now working with me to recorrect my gums and I am very thankful because this has been an issue for many years no matter what I did. Plus, the front desk staff were very friendly. It is always a pleasure coming to see Paula for my dental hygiene appointment.  She is professional and welcoming.  Always feel like I have not only gone to the hygienist but also visited an old friend.  Most importantly my mouth feels good and leaves me looking forward to the next appointment. Some time has passed since I wrote the above review. I am adding something very important now… I went to see Paula last October for one of my period checkups and cleaning.  This time she spent a noticeable amount of time looking at the side of my tongue and I asked what she was spending so much time on.  She told me that she sees a spot on my tongue which is concerning her and wants to have it looked at by an ENT specialist.  I was quickly referred to Dr. Au at Juravinski and a biopsy was taken same day.  The results came back POSITIVE.  I went in for surgery in January.  I was one of the lucky ones…it was all removed, no medication, no treatment was needed.  It was Stage 1 and no glands or nodes were affected…it did not yet spread.  Which brings me to this thought:  Early detection is crucial to your well being.  It can save your life.  Paula saved my life.  I am eternally grateful and encourage you all to expect and demand from your hygienist that a thorough examination of your mouth including your tongue and mouth floor be done each and every time you visit their office for a cleaning. The best perio office out there ! I had a cleaning with Donna today, she was incredibly gentle, thorough, and efficient!!!! She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I’ve gotten to work with OMGPerios entire team from the admin, assistants, doctors and amazing manager and have to say they’re ALL so professional, kind and very friendly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Michael Glogauer and the entire team at OMG Perio. Dr. Glogauer has performed my gum surgery and two implants, and there is truly no one I would trust more with my dental care. His expertise, precision, and calm, reassuring approach make even the most serious procedures feel manageable and safe. Even after you leave the office, he is only a minute away if you need him, which speaks volumes about how deeply he cares for his patients and their peace of mind. Dr. Glogauer is not only exceptional at what he does, he also has incredible people skills. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely confident every step of the way. I also have to rave about Donna, the dental hygienist, who is beyond outstanding. She is caring, gentle, incredibly thorough, and always makes you feel comfortable and at ease. In fact, all of the dental assistants who assist Dr. Glogauer are truly A+ and phenomenal in every way. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make every visit a positive and reassuring experience. From the moment you walk in, Amanda, Lisa, and Somer at the front desk set the tone for the entire office. They are warm, welcoming, incredibly organized, and always go out of their way to help with scheduling, questions, or anything you might need. Their kindness and genuine care make you feel valued and supported every single time you visit. If you are looking for the very best in gum surgery and dental implants, this is the place to go. Doctor Borenstein and everyone of the staff that I have interacted with are friendly personable and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the office. I had an issue on a Sunday morning so I thought I would call and to my surprise the phone was answered and I was booked in first thing on Monday morning. I would have a hard time explaining the experience I had in this office the day of my surgery.  Everyone from the front desk,xrays,deturist,the dental assistants  the surgeon himself were absolutely wonderful. Each and everyone of them down to earth ,helpful, caring and genuinely kind and happy. In this day and age ,no matter where you go  and for whatever purpose this does not seem to exist.these professionals care about what they do and the people they are doing for.... truly inspirational!!! I showed up to Dr. Glogauer's office after taking a slapshot to the face (I made the proactive life choice to not wear a cage). Three days before my honeymoon. From the first visit, he was calm, confident, and somehow reassuring while surgically installing an implant in my face. The procedure went smoothly, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. If you’re going to lose a tooth in a completely avoidable hockey incident, this is the guy you want putting your face back together. The most amazing dental office EVER ! The entire team is beyond patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Dr Glogauer and his team continually go above and beyond. I have been very pleased with my dental care at OMG. I had two periodontal surgeries and have a healthy mouth today because of it. Also, Donna is a very caring, patient and skilled hygienist. I credit her for keeping me healthy and happy. I refer my family and friends to your business, primarily because of her kind and gentle care. The staff is very friendly and approachable.
